The Traineeship 

Certificate III

Statewide Group Training are seeking a trainee Payroll Clerk to join our team working at Clare.

This is a full-time traineeship, working a minimum of 38 hours per week and will be paid as per the relevant award unless otherwise advised.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO HANDLE A VARIETY OF COMPLEX TASKS?

Due to some expansion within the payroll department, Statewide Group Training is seeking someone who is keen and can be flexible in their hours of work. They should have the desire to learn all facets of payroll.

This position will involve:

  • The ability to handle phone enquires
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills
  • Enter timesheets
  • Award interpretation
  • Dealing with a wide variety of people
  • Being a team player

The ideal applicant will have excellent computer / administration / communication skills and strong desire for a future career in the Group Training Industry.
