An exciting opportunity has been created as part of the Skilling SA Public Sector Project by the Government of South Australia in partnership with Statewide Group Training (SA) Inc.
The successful candidate will be hosted by the Department of Innovation and Skills undertaking a Certificate 3 in Business Administration where you will be engaged for an 18-month period as you complete your studies.
About the Role
Located at the Kingscote Business Hub you will undertake business support to the Hub Coordinator which will include the undertaking of a range of record management activities, maintaining a sound knowledge of the business hubs activities, participate in professional development and minor research activities and provide effective and timely customer service.
You will address incoming correspondence and prepare routine responses to a range of stakeholders, provide efficient and accurate word processing using various Microsoft applications and understand and follow work place safety initiatives.
There may be some intra state and interstate travel along with some out of hours work.
