Administration/Finance Traineeship

Local Government agency in the Fleurieu region is looking for a recent year 12 school leader to commence a Traineeship in the Admin/Finance field.

The person will assist the Finance team with administration tasks within the accounts payable/receivable section, assist the Finance team involved in project work, and gain a valuable insight in the workings and duties of members in the finance section of local government.

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Completed year 12 recently and have had an exposure to accounting/bookkeeping studies whilst completing SACE.
  • Be in possession of a current drivers licence.
  • Have the ability to be in possession of or be able to obtain a current police check.
  • Have had experience in the utilization of computer software packages.
  • Demonstrated ability to have accurate and quality customer service.
  • Be a team player
  • BE able to communicate clearly and concisely and effectively in all forms of communication
